FTC tried to obtain the most recent financial disclosure report of former U.S. Solicitor General Paul Clement but was told in Dec. 2015 by the U.S. Department of Justice:

We do not have a report for Mr. Clement to provide to you. Public financial disclosure reports have a six-year retention period. Mr. Clement’s final report was filed earlier than six years ago, which is outside of the required retention period, and therefore we no longer have the report.

Clement’s final year in government service was 2008.
