Last week the American Academy of Arts & Sciences released a report calling for the enactment of 18-year term limits for future Supreme Court justices via legislation.

The report hews fairy closely to Fix the Court’s preferred method for implementation, as well as Rep. Ro Khanna’s term limits bill, which Fix the Court worked on.

Two additional SCOTUS term limits bills, one in the House and one in the Senate, were also introduced in last six weeks.
