More Kavanaugh Documents Arrive from the Justice Department
This evening, Fix the Court received 619 pages from the Justice Department in response to our July 2018 Freedom of Information Act request for any memos and correspondence that Justice Kavanaugh had with DOJ’s Office of Legal Policy when he worked in the White House.
The pages only comprised daily news clips about judicial nominations in 2001 and 2002.
We expect additional document productions from DOJ later this month and next.
