Fix the Court Finishes OT15 Law School Tour at University of Chicago
Fix the Court’s OT15 law school tour – which took executive director Gabe Roth from Cambridge to Palo Alto, Durham to Charlottesville – concluded today in the City of Overachieving Baseball Teams at the University of Chicago (right) before dozens of law students and members of the faculty.
Roth was joined by Profs. Will Baude, a former Roberts clerk, and Daniel Hemel, a former Kagan clerk, to discuss ways in which the Supreme Court remains as opaque and elusive as it was 100 years ago – and if the justices have reasons for their continued opacity. (You can guess how Roth came down on that question.)
