Every month, Fix the Court updates our list of recent ethics lapses committed by Supreme Court justices, which, sadly, keeps getting longer each month. (Here’s the July installment.)

Today we’re also updating the list of lower court judges’ ethical lapses, which, like SCOTUS’s, is not meant to be comprehensive but shows that judges in every corner of the country, those appointed by Republicans and Democrats alike, could use a refresher on what it means to uphold the integrity of the third branch and avoid impropriety.
