Clark who served as Assistant Attorney General of the Environment and Natural Resources Division from November 1, 2018 to January 14, 2021, and as Acting Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Division from September 3, 2020 to January 14, 2021, be considered likely custodians of any records that might exist for the purposes of the request.
