After the Presidential Commission on the Supreme Court released its draft report last night, Fix the Court today is releasing its own “Blueprint for Reform,” highlighting the proposals that would make the most powerful, least accountable part of the government more ethical, more trustworthy and more responsive to the needs of the people, all while retaining judicial independence and the public’s faith.

“The path to a more open, more responsive Supreme Court is clear as day,” FTC’s Gabe Roth said. “Term limits and accountability reforms are already extremely popular and have broad support among liberals and conservatives. We just need our leaders to lead in order to implement them.”
