National Archives Releases Second Batch of Kavanaugh Documents From Our FOIA Lawsuit
Pursuant to Fix the Court’s FOIA lawsuit against the National Archives for failure to produce the Kavanaugh documents we requested months ago in a timely manner, the Archives today released its second batch of responsive documents – 1,063 pages worth – from Kavanaugh’s time in the Office of Independent Counsel.
We expect there to be about 20,000 responsive pages from Kavanaugh’s OIC files and that the Archives will produce them at a rate of 1,000 per week through the fall.
