Pursuant to Fix the Court’s FOIA lawsuit against the National Archives for failure to produce the Kavanaugh documents we requested months ago in a timely manner, the Archives today released its first batch of responsive documents – 1,025 pages worth – from Kavanaugh’s time in the Office of Independent Counsel.

We expect there to be about 20,000 responsive pages from Kavanaugh’s OIC files and that the Archives will produce them at a rate of 1,000 per week through the fall.
