The Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, whose Richmond courthouse is pictured at right, has approved the request that WCVE-FM News Director Craig Carper and FTC’s Gabe Roth made to livestream the audio of Dec. 8’s travel ban hearing.

The court had previously livestreamed an earlier travel ban case in May.
