In partnership with the American Constitution Society and the Federalist Society, the National Constitution Center hosted a debate March 7 in Dallas on whether Supreme Court justices should be subject to term limits.

George Washington Law’s Alan Morrison and Dean of UT Law Ward Farnsworth argued in favor of term limits, and UT Law’s Stephen Vladeck and Chapman University’s John Eastman argued against.
