Fix the Court Featured in "Constitution Check" Column on High Court Ethics

SCOTUSblog reporter and National Constitution Center columnist Lyle Denniston wrote a piece today on what the Constitution says about judicial ethics.

(Hint: not much.)

The column was prompted by the revelation that Justice Stephen Breyer heard a case last week even as his wife owned stock in one of the parties, an ethical no-no despite the lax ethics rules at the high court.
