Fix the Court’s Gabe Roth led an event at Harvard Law School Monday on the ways in which the Supreme Court should become more open and accountable.

The event, co-hosted by the Harvard chapter of the American Constitution Society, also featured HLS Prof. Stephen Sachs, who clerked for Chief Justice John Roberts in 2009-10.
