FTC executive director Gabe Roth writes in an op-ed in The Hill that the nine justices of the Supreme Court – like top officials in the other two branches of government – should place their annual financial disclosure reports online, instead of releasing them by paper as is the justices’ current practice. And the federal judiciary’s Committee on Financial Disclosure should step in and do so if the justices demure.
