Fix the Court executive director Gabe Roth released the following statement:

Neil Gorsuch’s milquetoast answers on broadcast access and ethics during his confirmation hearing notwithstanding, he is now the fifth Supreme Court justice to have been born in the second half of the 20th century, and it’s possible to imagine that this new majority of ‘younger’ justices – who grew up with television and, thanks to Watergate, with an understanding that no one in government is above the law – would be more likely to move forward on livestreaming oral arguments and implementing best practices in judicial ethics.

One can only hope.
